Employment Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support end-to-end solution delivery for a major financial enterprise focused on housing markets. The role is a full-time contract, onsite in McLean, Virginia, paying $45-$53 per hour.

You will gather requirements, document process/data flows, translate requirements into technical specs, support SDLC activities, and assist with testing strategies and execution with both business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst within the mortgage industry.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and specifications.
• Understanding of end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience supporting systems integration testing and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Design and document process and data flows.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and specifications.
• Define project objectives and support feasibility analysis efforts.
• Support development activities and systems integration testing.
• Develop user acceptance testing strategies, plans, and scripts.
