Job summary
IMR Soft LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in Commercial P&C insurance and MGA to support the Sure Commercial implementation.
You will gather requirements from MGA stakeholders, translate them into configuration, user stories and workflows, and assist with SIT/UAT and sign-off. Remote opportunity for a 6-month engagement with cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with Commercial P&C focus.
- Strong MGA business model and underwriting lifecycle understanding.
- Experience with MGAs, specialty insurers or delegated underwriting orgs.
- Experience with implementation, configuration, SIT and UAT.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from MGA stakeholders and underwriters.
- Translate requirements into Sure Commercial configuration, user stories, and workflows.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and define integration requirements.
- Support product, underwriting, rating and policy transaction needs.
- Define broker submission and submission-to-bind workflows.
- Collaborate with rating engines, carriers, brokers, and downstream systems.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
- Support SIT, UAT, testing, defect analysis and sign-off.
- Lead workshops with product owners, architects, developers and QA.
