Job summary

Intone Networks Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support customer-facing technology initiatives in marketing and data analytics.

This 12-month contract role is remote and based in the United States. You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to establish vision, determine scope, analyze business needs, and help define and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of business analysis experience.
• Proven experience developing requirements and designs.
• Experience with Agile methods and backlog management in product delivery.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for Agile workflows.
• Strong oral and written communication, facilitation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to align goals and deliverables.
• Elicit requirements using diverse activities and techniques, from business cases to user stories and backlogs.
• Identify gaps between requirements and solutions to define MVP and phased delivery.
• Ensure effective data design and how users interact with information.
• Guide solution option analysis with domain knowledge and cross-functional input.
• Analyze processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and product value.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and prioritize defects and new requirements.
• Facilitate decision meetings with senior leadership using defined criteria.
