Toptal is seeking a Senior Marketing Business Analyst to empower marketing leaders with data-driven insights. You will support the Marketing Analytics Center of Excellence, spanning SEM, SEO, and Generative AI channels, from data infrastructure to reporting and forecasting.

In this remote role, you will build models, run experiments, define metrics, and deliver actionable recommendations that tie marketing activity to financial outcomes. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in data analytics or BI with emphasis on marketing.
• Experience analyzing SEM, SEO, and Generative AI channels and linking data to marketing strategy.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and SQL; familiarity with Python/R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, build models, test hypotheses, forecast performance, and create dashboards.
• Develop reports and dashboards to inform marketing decisions.
