Artifintech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Lansing, MI to support MiLEAP-focused initiatives. You will gather business requirements, coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders, and manage application support requests while supporting software development projects.

The role requires strong experience in IT web applications, collaboration across teams, and proficiency with Azure DevOps and SharePoint. This is a contract-style role with 12-month duration and extension potential.

Competenze

5+ years of experience with complex IT web applications.
3+ years of Business Analyst experience in software development projects.
3+ years coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders.
3+ years leading meetings, training, and presentations.

Mansioni

Lead stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
Act as a liaison between business users, project managers, and development teams.
Manage project tasks, timelines, backlogs, sprints, and tickets using Azure DevOps.
Prepare project status reports and resource projections.
Ensure compliance with change management processes.
Maintain project documentation in SharePoint.
Coordinate with vendors and technical stakeholders.
Gather complex application requirements for RFPs.
