The role focuses on gathering requirements, coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders, and managing application support requests through software development lifecycles. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in complex IT web apps and 3+ years in business analysis, with strong experience leading meetings, coordinating between teams, and using Azure DevOps.

Job Description :

Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support primarily focusing on MiLEAP. The role involves gathering business requirements, coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders, managing application support requests, and supporting software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Act as a liaison between business users, project managers, and development teams.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, backlogs, sprints, and tickets using Azure DevOps.
• Prepare project status reports and resource projections.
• Ensure compliance with change management processes.
