ZipStaff Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge IT and business units within a major government organization in Phoenix, AZ. This on-site, contract (W2) position leads requirements for large projects, coordinates analysts, and drives process redesign and delivery outcomes.

You will own requirements clarity, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication on high-visibility initiatives, coordinating with senior stakeholders and process owners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role on large, complex projects.
• Experience acting as the liaison between IT and multiple business units.
• Ability to gather, document, and translate requirements into usable artifacts.
• Hands-on in developing and executing system test plans, scripts, and results.
• Experience coordinating or supervising other Business Analysts.
• On-site work in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between IT and multiple business units.
• Gather and document requirements for large, complex projects.
• Translate requirements into business, functional, and use case documents.
• Provide functional guidance to developers during design and build.
• Develop and execute comprehensive system test plans and test cases.
