About the Role
SEI’s Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) is growing rapidly and needs a Business Analyst III on its Client Enablement team focused on Public Markets clients. The analyst will support existing clients, operational service teams, and new business development to deliver standard and customized solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead new business onboarding, including estimation, design, system configuration, reporting, data conversion, and automation.
- Assess, analyze and document client custom requests and solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis, business justification and define solutions for the existing platform.
- Support technical sales and present solutions to clients.
- Prepare solutions packaging content and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with vendors to adopt best practices for our operations teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of fund accounting platform implementation experience, software configuration and data analysis in public markets (Mutual funds, CITs, ETFs).
- Experience with custom data integrations via flat file development, API integrations and delivery of Snowflake solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric (Power Automate/Power BI) and familiarity with FIS InvestOne platform.

- Curiosity, critical thinking and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to break down sophisticated data and operational problems and communicate solutions to product development.
- Experience in custom software development and modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and sales proficiency.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
