Overview
The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is rapidly expanding and seeks new members for the Alternative Investment Funds Investor Services Anti‑Money Laundering Team. This entry‑level role offers training and support, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional customer service and administration for clients’ hedge and private equity funds.
Responsibilities
- Onboard investors into clients’ hedge and private equity funds, ensuring due diligence and accurate data/documents at the time of subscription.
- Input all relevant data points into the contact management system to facilitate investor reporting.
- Execute Anti‑Money Laundering policies and procedures when reviewing investor transactions, and comply with department rules and regulations.
- Monitor clients’ bank accounts for investor wire activity and create wire templates to facilitate payments.
- Generate and reconcile investor reporting such as capital statements, and disseminate documentation to end investors via an automated distribution process.
- Correspond with investment managers and investors regarding day‑to‑day inquiries, subscription documents, and reporting needs.
- Maintain client engagement and dedicate quality service to meet client expectations.
- Participate in IMS and corporate professional development sessions to identify cross‑division processes and grow career opportunities.
Qualifications
- Required:
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
- Internship experience preferred.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Self‑motivation, organization, and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for email and phone support.
- Strong customer service skills for daily client and service provider interactions.
