Job summary

Analytica is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and translate business, identity, scheduling and biometrics needs into actionable user stories aligned to USCIS standards.

The role bridges business owners and DevSecOps delivery teams, supporting UAT, backlog management, and acceptance criteria across Agile ceremonies. Public sector focus, growth opportunities, and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS/IT/Math/Engineering) or related field.
10+ years IT Business Analyst or Product Owner experience.
Experience eliciting, communicating and analyzing requirements through interviews/workshops/process mapping.

Responsibilities

Elicit, communicate, document and analyze business and technical requirements through interviews/workshops and process mapping.
Develop business process models, use cases, user stories and functional specs.
Support UAT – develop test cases and validate solutions against requirements.
Collaborate with USCIS product owners to craft validation steps for UAT.
Drive requirements traceability and quality with DevSecOps and architecture leads.
Lead BAs embedded across teams; coach backlog management and prioritization.
Document NIST SP 800-63-aligned identity requirements in Agile stories.
