vTech Solution in Virginia is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to contribute to the SERFIS work management system for the State Corporation Commission. The role focuses on eliciting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transition from the current system.

The candidate will work in a hybrid setup, with strong emphasis on analytical, communication, and technical skills, including MS Office, Visio, and SharePoint usage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• 5+ years of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• 5+ years of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and SharePoint applications.
• 5+ years of experience in eliciting functional and technical requirements.
• 5+ years of experience managing and tracking requirements in a designated system (e.g., Team Foundation Server).
• 5+ years of experience creating wireframes.
• 5+ years of experience working with QA to review test cases.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.

Responsabilités
