Qualifications

Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a related major.
Course work in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Business Analytics disciplines.

Responsibilities

Assist documenting current business processes and develop process models or workflow diagrams.
Help document business and functional requirements and user stories.
Use process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management tools to prepare materials and document stakeholder needs.
Research production support issues and track through resolution.
Identify and recommend changes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Participate in SDLC, including waterfall and agile methods.
Create and maintain process documentation and release notes for solution delivery.
Adhere to internal controls and assist with special projects.
