Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Commonwealth of MA, Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, based in Boston with a hybrid work arrangement. You will lead requirements gathering, document BRDs/SRS/FRS, write user stories, and align business processes with IT delivery across Agile and Waterfall projects.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of BA experience, strong communication, and proficiency with JIRA, Visio, SharePoint and PowerBI.

Formación

• 4+ years of BA experience in technology or government projects.
• BS/MS degree preferred; applicable substitutions allowed for extensive BA experience.
• Proven ability to document requirements with clarity for technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Document BRDs, SRS, FRS, use cases and data mappings.
• Create clear, organized user stories and test cases.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and QA throughout SDLC.
• Work with PowerBI analysts to translate dashboard needs.
