Job summary

A+E Global Media is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support and enhance its corporate applications, including Workday, eDocs, and DocuSign.

You will partner with business stakeholders and Technology teams to deliver solutions within scope and drive improvements across HR and Legal platforms. The role emphasizes requirements analysis, data handling, training materials, and close collaboration with vendors and internal groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience implementing or supporting corporate HR or Legal applications (vendor-provided or custom-built).
• Knowledge of HR and Legal business processes and how technology supports them.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience conducting user audits using Excel or similar tools.
• Experience configuring and integrating HR applications such as Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis, functional and technical design for HR and Legal applications.
• Analyze processes to produce clear, concise system requirements.
• Review business use cases and validate HR/Legal process flows.
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate and improve HR/Legal tech ecosystem.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
