Job summary

The College of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to advance Financial Aid processes on-campus with some remote days. You will design and improve workflows, train staff, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while collaborating with Technical Staff.

Responsibilities include reporting, testing, and maintaining Web Forms and Access databases used in Financial Aid, plus coordinating with Enterprise Applications leadership on setup configurations and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years in Oracle PeopleSoft Financial Aid Management System (FAMS).
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of federal and NJ state financial aid programs and related reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review Financial Aid related processes, modify and train staff; maintain docs.
• Develop and troubleshoot queries; generate reports for financial aid processes.
• Research and resolve PAWS issues; maintain documentation.
• Develop new functionalities and test in PATCH/Production environments.
• Configure setup tables; prepare documentation and test revisions.
• Maintain database and Web Forms used by Financial Aid.
• Process estimated and official financial aid awards via delivered systems.
