TRUE MANUFACTURING GROUP in Missouri seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst for EnterpriseOne Finance to lead ERP finance initiatives and partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders.

You will translate business needs into functional designs for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, drive testing, documentation, and training, and coordinate upgrades and reporting projects in a manufacturing setting.

The Senior IT Business Analyst – EnterpriseOne Finance serves as the functional lead and primary IT partner for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne financial processes, partnering with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to support, enhance, and continuously improve ERP capabilities. This role combines deep EnterpriseOne financial module knowledge with strong business analysis, process improvement, testing, documentation, and project coordination skills to reduce reliance on external ERP finance consulting resources and strengthen internal ERP support.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.The Senior IT Business Analyst – EnterpriseOne Finance is an office-based role. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is required. Eligibility for up to one (1) remote workday per week may be permitted, subject to business needs and departmental guidelines.Perform core job responsibilities through regular in-person collaboration, including participation in meetings, team discussions, and cross-functional coordination.Collaborate with fellow team members and leadership in a shared work environment to support innovation and timely decision-making, problem-solving, and operational effectiveness.Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support and respond to day-to-day business needs, including attendance of scheduled meetings and real-time collaboration as needed to ensure alignment of department and company priorities.Meet regularly with manager in-person to align on workload, priorities, performance, and ongoing professional development.Serve as the primary functional IT resource for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Finance-related processes, issues, enhancements, and projects.Support core EnterpriseOne finance functionality, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, financial reporting, allocations, intercompany processes, and related integrations.Partner with Finance and Accounting leadership to understand business needs, evaluate process gaps, recommend solutions, and confirm that ERP changes align with financial controls and operational requirements.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects, services, break/fix requests, reporting needs, and process improvements.Create clear functional specifications, process flows, use cases, test plans, training materials, and support documentation in accordance with IT standards.Translate business requirements into functional designs that can be understood by developers, CNC administrators, BI resources, vendors, and business stakeholders.Evaluate EnterpriseOne configuration and functionality options and recommend practical solutions that balance business needs, system capabilities, risk, and long-term supportability.Lead or support testing activities, including test case development, system testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and validation of financial results.Troubleshoot complex EnterpriseOne finance issues, perform root cause analysis, coordinate resolution across IT and business teams, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end finance activities by helping resolve ERP issues, data questions, reporting concerns, and process exceptions.Participate in ERP upgrades, system improvements, integrations, reporting initiatives, acquisitions, and other enterprise projects involving finance processes.Support Service Desk ticket intake, prioritization, documentation, status updates, and closure for ERP finance requests and incidents.Collaborate with business users to improve adoption of EnterpriseOne processes and provide training, process guidance, and post-implementation support as needed.Work with external ERP consultants and vendors when needed, while building internal knowledge and reducing dependency on consultant-led support.Maintain awareness of EnterpriseOne functionality, finance best practices, reporting tools, and internal business processes relevant to the organization.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, project meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and cross-functional planning sessions as assigned.Prepare and communicate project updates, risks, decisions, issue status, milestones, and percent complete for management and stakeholders.Maintain regular and reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field required.Equivalent ERP finance functional experience may be considered.Master’s degree, CPA, or JD Edwards EnterpriseOne-related training/certification preferred.Eight or more years of related experience required.Minimum of five years of hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials experience required.Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.CPA, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne training/certification, accounting/finance certification, business analysis certification, project management certification, or related ERP/finance credentials preferred.This position may require participation in meetings with Finance, Accounting, IT, business stakeholders, end users, vendors, and consultants.Occasional visits to manufacturing or operational areas may be required to understand business processes, support projects, or validate process impacts.Periodic work outside normal business hours may be required to support system changes, testing, month-end processes, upgrades, or critical issue resolution.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.Company-paid background check required.
