Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for Starlink Enterprise to analyze data from enterprise customers, build dashboards, and translate insights into actionable tooling and recommendations.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and internal operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in reporting/analytics, strong SQL, Python or R, and experience building dashboards with Tableau/Power BI/Looker.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in reporting and analytics within customer operations, manufacturing, quality, or related fields.
• 3+ years building datasets to create dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• 3+ years of professional experience in at least one analytics language (Python, R).

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses (SQL queries, and other methods) to identify issues and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Define and develop department-level metrics and dashboards to quantify customer account health.
• Integrate with all levels of the business to understand workflows and identify gaps.
• Develop automation to accelerate revenue, mitigate risk, or create efficiencies across teams.
• Own data integrity, tool maintenance, and reporting quality.
• Train internal users and leaders on dashboard, API, and tool usage; troubleshoot as needed.
• Improve data capture for future use cases by collaborating with software teams on table structure.
• Support new market launches and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
