Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Preferred)
• In lieu of the above requirements, relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes the project’s business requirements and transfers knowledge to teams.
• Evaluates data from task analysis, business process, surveys, and workshops.
• Provides suggestions during deployment to meet client/department needs.
• Prepares detailed requirement specs, UI guides, and process documentation.
• Communicates with clients and internal teams to deliver outcomes.
