Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – eCommerce Search to join our team in Irving, TX with a hybrid work model. The role bridges business stakeholders, product management, and search engineering to translate needs into stories and functional specs.

Onsite presence is required 2–3 days per week. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of BA experience, strong requirements elicitation, and agile experience, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of BA experience.
• Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize product backlog items.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and releases.
• Validate functionality against requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Product Management, and IT teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
