Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the eCommerce Search team. This role bridges business stakeholders, product management, and engineering to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.

The position is full-time with a hybrid work model, requiring 2–3 days onsite at one of our U.S. offices (Chicago, IL preferred). Strong BA, Agile experience, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of BA experience and a proven requirements track record.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog across eCommerce Search.
• Support sprint planning, UAT, and release activities with teams.
• Validate functionality against requirements and ensure traceability.
• Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Product, and Support teams.
