The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable strategies and aligning them with customer requirements while optimizing processes to enable project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience analyzing business processes, communicating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement. Travel may be required; CBAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience.
• CBAP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to collect both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Engage in gathering and evaluating information from multiple sources.
• Map current business processes using flowcharts to visualize task sequences and identify inefficiencies.
• Bridge gaps between Development and Business teams to ensure requirements align with business needs.
• Create training materials and user manuals to help staff adapt to new procedures or systems.
