• Ensure that functional requirements capture and are in line with business needs by bridging the gap between Development and Business teams.
• Technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills are necessary for roles involving stakeholder management and communication.
• Create training materials and user manuals to assist employees in adopting new procedures or systems, and hold training sessions to ensure staff competence.
• Identify areas for development and assist the project team in anticipating potential challenges for proactive response.
• Proactively addressing potential problems helps businesses implement changes more smoothly.
• Help prevent scope creep by evaluating suggested features against business value and timelines.
