Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to collect functional and non-functional requirements.
• Gather and evaluate information from multiple sources.
• Map current business processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Bridge gaps between Development and Business teams to align requirements.
• Develop training materials and user manuals; conduct staff trainings.
• Identify development areas and help project teams anticipate challenges.
• Proactively address potential problems to ease change management.
• Help prevent scope creep and manage project timelines and budget.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement to adapt to market needs.
