Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation) seeks a Senior Business Analyst to shape the Direct-to-Consumer business, PlayStation Store and Direct. Lead the analysis workstream, translate objectives into clear requirements, and align delivery with business needs across Product, Engineering, Analytics and Data Science teams.

You will partner with leaders and SMEs to structure problems, validate outcomes, and ensure solutions meet commercial goals while delivering a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis within digital commerce, subscriptions, retail or related fields.
• Experience planning and leading analysis for complex initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Data Science teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into clear, structured business requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with leaders and experts to structure ambiguous problems and translate objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with Business, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Data Science teams to resolve issues and dependencies.
• Assess impact of proposed products on customers and business operations using customer journeys and drivers.
• Map current and future-state processes and support automation and improvements.
• Test hypotheses with Product and Analytics teams and build a case for change.
• Influence senior stakeholders with structured problem framing and commercial reasoning.
• Share BA practices to ensure quality and consistency across the team.
