What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for a client-facing digital platform by collaborating with stakeholders across departments
- Define and refine user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications
- Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to create user-friendly applications
- Identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and expectation management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in analytics, modeling, or reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in analytics, modeling, or reporting
- Strong understanding of systems applications
- Experience building out system portals
- Ability to support production teams during production go-live
- Experience working in Agile project environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Treasury Management applications related to ACH, wires, and information reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with user experience design principles
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in banking
