• 5+ years driving planning/analytics in demand, supply, or business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous data into insights and recommendations.
• Experience influencing decisions in executive and cross-functional forums.
• Operational rigor with reliable delivery under tight timelines.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Identify critical demand and segment by group and product.
• Consolidate view of demand integrating forecast deltas and risk signals.
• Drive data integrity and alignment across inputs for escalation discussions.
• Own governance of the critical-demand tracker as the system of record.
• Deliver decision-grade analytics for escalation forums with horizon-based sizing.
• Translate signals into clear executive narratives with actionable steps.
• Collaborate with planning and supply chain to assess constraints.
• Run escalation cadence: intake, prioritization, status reporting, stakeholder updates.
• Track owners, actions and due dates for leadership commitments.
• Enforce a quality gate for timely, decision-ready escalations.
