Redapt, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with clients through the full project lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and implementation. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex objectives into actionable solutions.

You will work across industries, guiding discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and backlog management in an Agile environment. Strong communication and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into user stories and technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, data analysis, system integrations, and data transformation or migration projects.
• Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs within Agile environments.
• Proven ability to define acceptance criteria and support successful project delivery.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business needs, product vision, and technical architecture into clear, actionable requirements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring business objectives align with project outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and project leadership.
• Own and manage product backlogs, ensuring work is prioritized based on business value.
• Write detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Engineering to refine requirements and remove ambiguity.
• Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirements clarification.
