Parexel is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Data & Technology group. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to uncover needs and translate them into clear, testable requirements within regulated environments.

You'll own requirements traceability, collaborate on UAT criteria, and drive cross-functional workshops. The role emphasizes user-centered solutions, enterprise quality, and ongoing process improvement across global delivery teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, or a relevant discipline.
MSc/MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience in regulated CRO/pharma/biotech environments.
Strong consulting, analysis, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Elicit and define business requirements with stakeholders.
Maintain RTMs and ensure test coverage with QA teams.
Lead workshops and align cross-functional SMEs.
Translate business needs to technical delivery and collaborate with engineering.
Support UAT criteria and testing activities.
Drive continuous process improvement and standards adoption.
