What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for CLM projects
- Analyze current contract lifecycle processes and collaborate with clients to design optimized future-state processes
- Configure CLM systems based on requirements, including workflows, templates, and reporting dashboards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on CLM or related contract management software
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration
- Proficiency in process mapping and business analysis techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
