Job summary
Luxoft, a DXC Technology Company, seeks a Senior Business Analyst with specialization in AWS/AMS cloud operational processes for a client in the Insurance sector. You will model, document, and optimize operational workflows, lead delivery from discovery to deployment, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and executives.

Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst with cloud operations and ITSM/ITIL.
- Fluent/Advanced English in written and spoken form.
- Strong leadership, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, document AWS/AMS cloud operational processes and change models.
- Apply data-driven analysis to identify bottlenecks and present recommendations.
- Lead project delivery from discovery to deployment, aligned with business goals.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and executive audiences.
- Conduct workshops and process-mapping to elicit requirements.
- Support change management and governance during cloud adoption.
