Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the team backlog and demand for lab and data-flow automation to create AI-ready pipelines.
• Elicit requirements via workshops and partner interviews; translate needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Scaled Agile practices to balance near-term delivery with platform scalability.
• Map end-to-end processes to ensure clarity, compliance, and reproducibility.
• Coordinate across discovery labs, data and AI teams, automation engineering, and platform groups.
