• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and BI platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual English and Korean highly preferred.

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret product safety data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders; develop dashboards and visualizations.
