Rose International seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in the United States. The role involves eliciting and documenting business requirements, translating them into technical specs, and partnering with Product Owners, developers, QA, and UX to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure requirements are traceable through the SDLC while supporting testing across web and mobile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, math or related field is required.
• 5+ years of IT-related systems or project experience, including Business Analyst work.
• 3+ years in customer-service oriented or IT-related field.
• 3+ years in Agile software development environments.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyze, document and clarify business and functional requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements for development teams.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, backlog refinement, and working sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain process flows, requirements documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other delivery artifacts.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state improvements.
• Serve as BA contact for an Agile product team across planning, refinement, development, testing and implementation.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts; communicate findings proactively.
• Partner with QA and stakeholders to validate solutions meet requirements.
• Support issue analysis and resolution during development, testing, deployment and production.
