Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile environments for requirements.
• Strong in creating user stories and supporting sprint teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with initiative, flexibility and transparency.
• Technical aptitude for understanding system integrations and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document current-state and future-state requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Develop user stories and support Agile sprint planning.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Create mockups for customer-facing forms and documents.
• Map document variables to incoming data sources.
• Conduct validation testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Collaborate with business partners, developers, testers, and leadership.
