Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and support solution delivery. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.

Agile experience and SQL knowledge are preferred. Initially remote, transitioning to in-office in Columbus, OH. The incumbent will drive requirements across stakeholders, document processes, and create acceptance criteria to ensure traceability

Qualifications

5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of business process modeling, elicitation techniques, and documentation standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and requirements tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum; writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
Exposure to Azure DevOps for backlog management and traceability.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
Develop detailed business requirements, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
