Skillset / Experience:

Our client has recently established a department to oversee the IT aspects of Merger and Acquisition activities and is hiring 2 Senior Business Analysts. The role involves working with IT, Mergers & Acquisitions staff, and business partners to provide analysis expertise throughout the M&A process, from due diligence to integration.

Examples of work include:

1. Collaborating with IT teams to develop due diligence questions and data needs.
2. Converting deal thesis, pro formas, due diligence findings, legal findings, and related M&A documents into business and technical requirements.
3. Assisting IT workstreams under the guidance of an M&A IT Project Manager to define and scope IT projects.
4. Facilitating requirements discovery and documentation sessions with IT and business staff.

Understanding of the M&A process is preferred but not required.
