Perfict Global is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our IT consulting team. The ideal candidate will document complex business requirements, work with IT for delivery, and bridge gaps between business units and technical teams.

You will leverage 4+ years of BA experience with financial systems (Fixed Assets and PPM), and apply strong Oracle Cloud knowledge to improve accounting processes across Fortune 500 clients. Collaboration with stakeholders at all levels is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst with experience in financial systems (Fixed Assets and PPM).
• Functional and Systems Admin experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules and their accounting applications.

EREQUED SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
• Proven experience as a 4+ Business Analyst, having worked in financial systems in Fixed Assets and PPM
• Functional and Systems Admin experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of Oracle cloud modules and their applications within accounting functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document complex business requirements and work with IT for delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
