Job summary

Liongate AG is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and lead critical projects from conception through delivery. You will act as the central point of contact among clients, suppliers, and our internal Liongate team to ensure value delivery and alignment with client goals.

You will analyze requirements, refine processes, and collaborate with technical experts to craft product visions that improve existing solutions or reveal new opportunities.

• Five+ years of proven experience as a project manager or business analyst in agile projects.

What You Can Expect

• As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take on crucial responsibilities in our (large-scale) projects. You will be the central point of contact between our clients, suppliers, and our internal Liongate team.
• You will be responsible for the successful execution of our projects. In doing so, you will work closely with our clients to thoroughly understand and implement their requirements.
• You will oversee the entire project lifecycle – from the initial idea through development to implementation. In the process, you will use your analytical skills to optimize business processes.
• In coordination with the client and technical experts, you will develop product visions that improve existing solutions and/or explore new opportunities.
• Based on your experience, analytical acumen, structured approach, and clear communication, you will succeed in unlocking the potential of digitalization for our clients.

What You Bring Along

• You have at least five years of proven experience as a project manager/business analyst in agile projects.
• You are curious and interested in the new and diverse technological potentials of digitalisation.
• Your way of thinking is creative but also analytically incisive.
• You have industry experience in our target markets of telecommunications, media and banking.
• You have successfully and well completed a degree in (business) informatics or business administration with a technical focus or a comparable education.
• Of course, you have strong communication skills, a high level of commitment, customer orientation, a confident manner and the ability to work under pressure.
• You perform your tasks independently, reliably, with commitment and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You want to keep learning and you are willing to share your knowledge with us.
• Like us, you are interested in long-term cooperation.
• We expect you to have a good command of German (at least C1) and English (written and spoken).
