Zusammenfassung

Apexon is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams for end-to-end product delivery. You will translate business needs into actionable product requirements and own the product backlog while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with US-based clients, facilitate workshops, define roadmaps, and ensure acceptance criteria are clear. Strong BA experience and agile tooling proficiency are required.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience with US clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in requirements elicitation and management.
• Product backlog planning and backlog prioritization.
• Experience defining epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Documentation of BRDs, FRDs, functional specs, workflows.

Are you an experienced Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while driving end-to-end product delivery?

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Product Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirements management, product backlog ownership, roadmap planning, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with US-based clients and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.

Collaborate with US clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and product objectives.

Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and product discovery sessions.

Define product roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Own and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.

Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and business process modeling.

Create BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
