Advance Business Capital is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge IT and business operations. The role includes defining business requirements, managing projects with Agile methodologies, and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely project execution.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of project management experience or 4 years as a Business Analyst, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday.

Position Summary: The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the IT and business operations functional areas within Triumph Business Capital. Works closely with product subject matter experts to define and detail business requirements and prioritize feature development.

This is full-time position, and work days are Monday through Friday; at minimum, work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, however the position may require the employee to travel to attend vendor selection/meetings, potential product conferences, etc. outside of business hours. Work schedule will include evenings and weekends as needed.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
