We’re looking for a driven Business Development Associate to join Triumph’s sales team and help grow our LoadPay platform and carrier financial solutions. In this role, you’ll connect with carriers, uncover their needs, and introduce them to tools that improve cash flow, simplify payments, and strengthen their overall financial operations. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy fast-paced sales, building relationships, and turning conversations into real business impact. This is an evergreen requisition intended to build a future talent pipeline for upcoming cohorts with anticipated start dates of November 1, 2026, January 1, 2027, and June 7, 2027.
In a typical day, you’ll be connecting with carriers through outbound calls and inbound leads, learning about their business, and identifying how LoadPay and other Triumph solutions can support them. You’ll have consultative conversations, manage a high volume of outreach, and work closely with internal teams to move opportunities forward and ensure a smooth customer experience.
