Job Description

Summary

This position involves systems analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, or modification of computer systems or programs, requiring discretion and judgment.

Scope

The Specialist I has deep knowledge in a designated IT area, collaborates with various stakeholders, supports IT projects, and may guide other IT staff.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain planning, monitoring, reporting processes, and documentation for project tasks.
• Work with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and align software solutions.
• Lead project status meetings, confirm milestones, and ensure goals are met.
• Assist in software design, testing, deployment under guidance, and contribute to project success.
• Ensure software solutions meet user needs and document development processes.
• Participate in issue resolution, process optimization, and stay informed on industry trends.
• Contribute ideas for improvements, participate in training, and promote DE&I principles.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data privacy, cybersecurity, and safety standards.
• Travel as needed, maintain attendance, and perform other duties as assigned.

Customer Business Analyst / Project Manager

• Guide strategies, manage client relationships, and document requirements.
• Support IT change management, oversee project scope and interfaces, and analyze processes for improvements.
• Manage multiple applications, execute project tasks, and assist with special projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with 5 years of experience, or 9 years of experience without a degree.
• Effective communication skills, technical knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to learn applicable laws.

Working Conditions

Primarily indoor office or remote work, with potential exposure to various environmental conditions at project sites.
