Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 10 years related experience in quality control, project and/or application support required.
• In-depth technical knowledge of assigned systems and how they relate to processing.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel as needed.
• May be eligible for telecommuting.

Aufgaben

• Fosters cooperation and communication with departments, vendors, and the Technology Group.
• Monitors software parameter/configuration changes and maintains change documentation.
• Coordinates software releases with Project Office to schedule production deployments.
• Maintains working knowledge of systems and advises management on implementation techniques.
• Works with Compliance to ensure regulatory changes are implemented timely.
• Assists in audits and ensures timely audit responses related to changes.
