Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5–10 years in project management, process improvement, business analysis, or related activities
• Experience in fund accounting, fund administration, custody administration, or related investment operations environments

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, develop, and implement projects across business processes, operations, or systems
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project completion per business needs
• Lead user training, change management activities, and project evaluation; identify process improvements and drive efficiency
