Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle systems and components
• Ability to design testing systems and procedures based on engineering specifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage research into bus technology to improve safety, reliability, and productivity
• Oversee and manage complex projects across maintenance, support, and engineering
• Develop maintenance procedures and bills of materials; inspect vehicles and vendor work; support warranty coordination
• Develop fleet plans and coordinate warranty work; provide maintenance and technical training to staff
• Develop technical specifications and evaluations for new bus procurements; assess industry advancements for adoption
