Hikinex in Creola, AL is seeking an experienced Burn Table and Plate/Pipe/Angle Roll Operator for a high-volume production role. You will independently operate CNC burn tables, plate rolling machines, and 3-roll rollers while reading engineering prints.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically skilled, and capable of handling carbon or stainless steel through burn, roll, and bend operations with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional plate cutting/rolling experience.
• Experience handling carbon steel and/or stainless steel.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC burn tables: startup, loading programs, set torch heights, troubleshoot.
• Roll plate and pipe with 4-roll and 3-roll equipment up to 1-1/2” thick and 10' wide.
• Run 3-roll pipe and 3-roll angle rollers to form components per prints.
• Safely load/unload heavy plates and parts with forklifts/cranes.
• Verify finished parts against drawings and prep for welding/fabrication.
