Job summary

Ardent Mills in Chattanooga, TN is hiring for Full-Time Production Associates across Utility, Bulk, Elevator, Warehouse, and Pack roles. This on-site position offers a 12-hour 3rd shift with competitive base pay and a 5% target bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and PTO. You will contribute to safe, efficient production while rotating through areas of the plant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate various utility systems and sanitation duties to meet food safety requirements.
• Load bulk deliver vessels and perform sanitation duties in the bulk department.
• Operate and maintain elevators/lifts and sanitation duties to ensure material movement.
• Oversee warehouse operations, sanitation, forklift tasks, and proper storage of materials.
• Operate pack equipment, including processing, packing, and sanitation duties to ensure product quality.
