Job summary

Cook Children's is seeking a Building Technician III in Prosper, TX, within the Maintenance department. The role focuses on peak performance of critical healthcare facility infrastructure, overseeing operation and high-level calibration of utility systems to ensure 100% uptime for life-safety and patient care environments.

As the SME, you will troubleshoot complex failures and optimize BAS integration while maintaining Windows-based systems and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of basic general maintenance experience.
• Will consider relevant education in lieu of a portion of work experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation and high-level calibration of integrated utility systems to ensure uptime for life-safety and patient care environments.
• Acts as SME, providing expert troubleshooting for complex failures while optimizing and integrating Building Automation Systems (BAS).
