Job summary

Cook Children's Health Care System on the Fort Worth Medical Center campus is seeking a Building Technician II to join the Facilities team. You will perform skilled maintenance and repairs to keep the facility safe and fully operational with minimal supervision.

You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems while supporting staff and patients and upholding strict healthcare safety codes. 40-hour week, first shift, reliable teamwork expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of basic general maintenance experience.
• Will consider relevant education in lieu of a portion of work experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and complex repairs to keep the healthcare facility safe and fully operational.
• Troubleshoot advanced systems including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, building automation and controls.
