This role oversees the operation and high-level calibration of integrated utility systems, ensuring 100% uptime for life-safety and patient care environments. As the facility’s Subject Matter Expert (SME), the Level III Technician provides expert-level troubleshooting for complex failures while optimizing and integrating Building Automation Systems (BAS). Experience & Experience**:** * High School diploma or equivalent.* 3-5 years of basic general maintenance experience.* Will consider relevant education in lieu of a portion of work experience.* Demonstrated proficiency in Windows environment.
